Today, devoted customers come from all over Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware for Kathy's delicious cakes, cupcakes and treats. Under her expert guidance, the SophistiCakes team has won several awards, including the prestigious 'Best Wedding Cake' award in the Delaware County Times' Best of Delco.
We have expanded!! Now twice our original size with extra room for our expert decorators. Come watch our decorators do what they do best! You may see them airbrushing hand made flowers, painting an American flag on a cake for a returning soldier or draping fondant over a four tier wedding cake. Each and every day they are creating something different. You too can be part of the decorating experience!
